The Freedom Formation Method

Stop managing the same fruit.

Learn how freedom becomes a practiced response.

A 16-week Scripture-centered coaching experience for Christian women ready to uncover recurring patterns, return to truth, and take the next faithful action under pressure.

Application comes before payment. If the program may be a fit, Amy will invite you to a 20-minute conversation.

Freedom is a gift.

But walking in freedom is a practice.

When truth feels far away

You are not tired because you need one more speech.

You are tired because the same thing keeps returning in a different outfit.

  • You promise yourself this time will be different, but pressure pulls you back to the same comfort, reaction, role, or relationship pattern.
  • You know what Scripture says, but truth becomes difficult to retrieve when your body is tired, your emotions are loud, or the moment feels urgent.
  • You make progress, miss one step, and turn the setback into a verdict about who you are.
  • You can explain the pattern afterward, but you need a response that becomes available while the pattern is happening.

The visible behavior is often the middle of a longer chain. The work needs to begin earlier than the visible fruit.

Information becomes formation

Knowing truth and retrieving truth are not the same.

Formation happens when truth moves from something you agree with to something you can practice—through honest repetition, wise support, and room to return after a miss.

01

Honesty without condemnation

Tell the truth about the pattern without turning truth into punishment.

02

Responsibility without self-punishment

Own choices and repair what you can without attacking identity.

03

Practice without performance

Repeat faithful responses without pretending growth is flawless.

04

Dependence without passivity

Receive from God and take the next action that truth requires.

05

Truth with wise pacing and support

Honor boundaries, bodily signals, capacity, and appropriate care.

The five movements

From the place you reach for relief to the purpose freedom can serve.

01

Comfort

What am I reaching for, and what do I actually need?

Locate the interruption, name the promise behind the substitute, receive before reaching, and let true comfort become courage.

02

Identity

What false name or role keeps organizing my response?

Identify the sentence underneath the pattern, retire survival work that no longer owns you, and let identity in Christ authorize obedience.

03

Discipline

What response needs to be prepared before pressure rises?

Build a pressure plan, establish a minimum rhythm, shape an environment that supports truth, and learn to repair instead of restart.

04

Overcoming

What kind of resistance is present, and how do I return wisely?

Discern resistance, return quickly after a miss, and rebuild what was damaged without allowing one moment to become the whole story.

05

Purpose

What is this formed freedom now available to serve?

Gather what you have built and carry freedom outward through stewardship, service, calling, testimony, or generational influence.

What practiced freedom can make available

A pathway you can retrieve when real life applies pressure.

By the end of 16 sessions, you will have a personal Freedom Formation Portfolio built around one recurring pattern.

  • Trace one recurring pattern from pressure to visible fruit and find the earliest place a different response can begin.
  • Name the real need and receive fitting comfort before assigning that need to a substitute.
  • Answer a false identity sentence with specific Scripture-based truth.
  • Use a prepared response when pressure rises instead of waiting for motivation or emotional certainty.
  • Repair after a setback without turning the miss into an identity verdict.
  • Rebuild one damaged function through a wise and measurable restoration plan.
Honest expectation

Completion does not mean every wound, symptom, temptation, circumstance, or relationship is resolved. The program provides a clear formation pathway, practiced tools, guided coaching, and honest evidence. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

This may be for you if

You are ready to practice one present pattern honestly.

  • You want Scripture to govern the process.
  • You are willing to take small actions between sessions.
  • You can protect other women’s privacy and respect their pace.
  • You are stable enough for coaching and willing to seek appropriate care when needed.

Another support should lead when

Your primary need is beyond coaching scope.

This program is not crisis intervention, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical or nutritional care, eating-disorder treatment, legal advice, emergency response, or substitute pastoral care.

A referral or pause is not a diagnosis, punishment, rejection by God, or statement of personal worth.

Amy Lemieux, Christian author, teacher, and coach

Your guide

Meet Amy Lemieux.

Christian author, teacher, and coach helping women move from knowing truth in theory to practicing truth where pressure meets real life.

Amy will not ask you to perform strength, tell the whole story, or pretend that faith removes the need for boundaries and appropriate care. She will ask you to tell the truth, take responsibility without self-punishment, practice the next faithful response, and return when you miss.

“Scripture is not decoration. Scripture is battle strategy.”

Frequently asked questions

Choose with clarity.

When does the founding cohort begin?

The founding cohort begins in February 2027. Applicants will receive the orientation date, weekly meeting schedule, time zone, and 30-day follow-up date before making an enrollment decision.

Can I begin private coaching before the cohort?

Yes. A limited number of private coaching openings are available now. Private coaching follows the same Freedom Formation pathway with personal sessions, customized pacing, and individualized application.

Is the program live or self-paced?

Both experiences include live coaching. The founding cohort follows one 16-week group calendar. Private coaching offers customized pacing and private sessions. Reading, workbook pages, and practices happen between sessions.

How many women will be in the cohort?

The founding cohort will include six to eight women and will never exceed eight participants.

What happens if I miss a session?

Live attendance is the norm. You will receive the available written recap and assignment, but a missed group session does not create a private makeup session.

Will sessions be recorded?

Teaching-only segments may be recorded when disclosed. Participant sharing and coached practice are not recorded without specific written consent from every affected participant.

Do I have to share personal details in the group?

No. You may pass, slow down, or choose a lower-intensity example. You will not be required to disclose trauma, recover memories, give public testimony, confront someone, reconcile, or restore access to an unsafe person.

Is the group confidential?

Every participant agrees to protect the group. Screenshots, recordings, transcription, AI meeting bots, and sharing another participant’s information are prohibited. Group confidentiality is required, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching for reflection, choices, practice, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, trauma treatment, medical or nutritional care, eating-disorder treatment, legal advice, emergency response, or substitute pastoral care.

Do I need to be a Christian?

This program is explicitly Christian and includes Scripture, prayer, Christian teaching, and identity in Christ. Honest questions are welcome, but participants must be willing to engage respectfully within that framework.

Can you guarantee that I will change?

No. Amy can promise the program structure, teaching, practices, and stated support. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed because your choices, circumstances, capacity, and other support all matter.

Why is there an application?

This is a small live cohort with a specific coaching scope. The application protects you, the other participants, Amy, and the integrity of the work. It is a fit review, not a test of worthiness.

When will I pay?

No payment is requested merely for applying. If invited, you will first review the final coaching agreement and cancellation policy, then choose the paid-in-full or payment-plan option.

Your next faithful step

You do not need another promise to try harder.

You need a pathway that helps truth become available before the old response takes over—and a way to return without turning one miss into a verdict.

You are not applying because you have already mastered freedom.
You are applying because you are ready to practice it.
Begin the Application

No payment is collected until after fit review, invitation, and agreement.
